It is important to get a good headshot from the photographer of your choice. Reasonable prices can range from $100 to $450. Make sure you know what you are getting and don't spend more than you need to. You will also probably want to keep your talents fresh by staying in acting classes. Again, check prices and do your homework. Ask others what teachers and schools they have been pleased with. An agent should never force you to take a certain class. You should never be charged to be on an agent's website, to be submitted for a job or to receive a script. They should not make any money until the actor does. You should never have to pay an agent to represent you. |
